I haven't kept up on X-Men the past couple of... Years, actually.

Wolverine knew Scott would put together a team after he (Logan) save Scott from committing suicide by B-tier villain ganking, so before he went to save Scott from said attempted suicide, he went into the maintenance tunnels under the Xavier estate (all that is left of the old mansion complex) and found a crate of old uniforms.
Fortunately, this crate had old uniforms for both Logan and Scott, as well as Havok, who Logan did not know they would be rescuing in a couple of days at that time and would need one of his power regulating suits. It also has a couple of standard blue and gold jumpsuits in it.

The current comic is shit btw. It's soulless, like someone who barely knows anything about X-Men other than what they vaguely remember from when they were a 13 year old in the 90s is writing it.
