It's an anthology, some shorts will always be better than others. Then there's the fact that adult animation often isn't mature.
Essentially, writers and animators are given a platform, Netflix, that doesn't have TV-tier content restriction for their shit. So what do they do with this newfound freedom? Sex, swearing, ultraviolence, etc. Not that these things are bad in moderation, but it's a bit of a waste of potential. Not to mention juvenile.

They shouldn't have dropped the detail that Sonnie was in a car crash, not gang raped by the rich or whatever. Most of the story was there, sure, but that detail really cements her backstory being faked so people don't suspect what's actually going on.

honestly? the autoplay changing the order based on view history, i got the shitty murder witness one, then sonnie, after the first ep i saw i assumed it was shitty SJW bullshit, so i stopped watching before the beastfight
had it started with episode 2 or 4, i would have loved it forever.
Not starting with episode 2 is where it went wrong.
