Legitimately, I don't dislike trans people, I pity them. Most have other shit going on in their life or have invented a reason that they need to convert to the most dangerous form of escapism. Speaking of helium, I never hated Dobson for his inflated fetish. I think fetishes are sort of harmless and to mock them is to cover for insecurity. I do, however, think that he's an asshole that masquerades as a kind and loving person. I've always championed his animations though. I think the pity aspect for me is that, had they received help for their issues underlying that rather than receive the reinforcement that they "truly are a woman trapped in a man's body" then most would be better for it.
