Johan's a ghost, he thought the Vril Suit he was piloting was powerful but he realized that the Vril is a connection to a greater whole.
He was supposed to subsume himself and get beamed up to not-heaven, instead he hulked out, grabbed heaven and smashed an Ogdru.
Liz is also Vril powered, but she's very tied up in her physical existence and has shit mentorship, she's not going to have the same revelation as a psychic ghost piloting a super suit getting double haunted by a representative of the Infinite.

Hypoborean sword, seems to have been used by a Left Hand Path... chieftain? Priest? Sorcerer? Unclear, honestly. Gal Dennar's grandfather found it in a ruin, where the original user was surrounded by dead molemen, who reanimated when the sword moved. Gal Dennar's grandpa used it to zap the shit out of the molemen-zombies who attacked him, and then it remained in his family until... presumably Dennar's descendants died out. The sword is discovered by some British explorers, who bring it back to London alongside a moleman's bones. Hi-jinks ensue as Edward Grey clashes with a moleman ghost and the Heliopic Brotherhood of Ra. In the end, the HBR get the sword and study it a few times, finding nothing of value, until it ends up in one of their final safehouses in Chicago.
