Serious Mode: why don't the A-List solo book Avengers like Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, etc. have strong rogues galleries? Who ARE their main baddies in their galleries?

I get Spider-Man, the X-Men, and even the Fantastic Four being the old-school A-List and so having the best villains, but I'd imagine outside their archenemies the solo Avengers would have strong if low-key rosters of baddies, like Flash-tier. Especially with Avengers SUPPOSED to be the Justice League equivalent and in-universe a big deal both solo hero and team-up.

I get you have low standards when it comes to women, but dude... I wouldn't wipe my ass with most these guys. user was right, Marvel lacks punching power in the villain dept. No big deal, it's just the way it is. Their heroes aren't as superhuman as DC, so the bad guys didn't need to be overpowered.
