It's rather unclear. Maybe when he first visited her in Asgard it seems quite possible, while they're in Latveria it shows she's trying to but he's too worried about Doom/Loki's shenanigans, so he doesn't then.
So maybe he did, maybe he didn't.

I remember pretty well when this issue came out. there was a lot of hype, but it totally delivered. to this day, it's one of my favorite anniversary issue.
and this run was also something special IMO. every issue was high-quality storytelling with amazing art. the Gillen run continuing it was also great.

Probably the clearest statement that Loki's machinations for absolute power were going to be developed further as the a-plot on JMS's Thor. And why ultimately he quit due to Siege since Bendis killing Loki off and trying to play him as a conflicted character character instead of evil puppetmaster clashed with those plans.

This is such a good run. When does the quality dip? When Fraction takes over? If you're following Loki you've got the JiM through the Agent of Asgard arc, and I've only read Aaron's Godbomb storyline, but that was bloody good.
I should do another read of this. Siege was a lot of fun.
