Disney Parks thread

Every time I go the crowds get worse and worse and I always say that I'm pretty much done with going, but some things, like riding splash mountain when the water is on high, makes it worth it.

Post your favorite ride from each park
Magic Kingdom: Splash Mountain
Epcot: Mission Space
Hollywood Studios: Toy Story Mania
Animal Kingdom: Expedition Everest

Magic Kingdom: Space Mountain
Epcot: Test Track
Hollywood Studios: Rock n' Rollercoaster
Animal Kingdom: Expedition Everest

So when the Star Wars section of Hollywood Studios opens up, would that be a good time to go to Magic Kingdom? Hoping majority of the crowds will be in HS.

It'll be better than any time before that, but there will still probably be a lot of runoff. Magic Kingdom is always packed

If you recite the ghost host's lines during the stretching room I want you to lose your haunted mansion riding privileges for like a year. That'll put a stop to it

Mk space is not good the best part if the moving walkway after you get off

Carousel of Progress, Gran Fiesta Tour, The Great Movie Ride (;-;), and Khali River Rapids. Got to go on 2/4 the other day, I'm pretty chipper.

Space Mountain feels too slow. It'd be great otherwise

Good taste. Great Movie Ride will always hold a special place in my heart. When I was younger I was certain I would work there when I grew up :(

I like thrills man, and the experience I got on it was pretty damn great for me. I'm sure if I went on Disneyland's Spacey I would easily put another MK ride above it, but alas I don't have that kind of money.
I'd say Jungle Cruise is a close second cause I'm the twat who's easily entertained by everything.

I used to do it before realizing how much it bothered people. Now I'm a changed man

I’m god damn conflicted for that new Mickey Mouse ride
I’m really excited to see it especially with how good the shorts are, but I did not want it replacing the GMR

>tfw your college program is over

Lads I'm gonna scream

If you were a teen/young adult your sins are forgiven

It was simply out of passion. I never wanted to bother anyone

Very bad feel

Honestly maybe it's because of not having been there for ages and the big shadow of Epcot and MK, but Hollywood Studios feels like it's empty and could've used Mickey as a new ride rather than a replacement one. I sorta get why they did it though, and hope it ends up a nice ride.

I wish Disney would do original attractions again instead of shoving movie ips in everywhere

Magic kingdom is space mountain or haunted mansion
Epcot is spaceship earth even though they ruined it
Mgm is...fuck them for removing the great movie ride. Tower of terror is really fucking good though
Animal kingdom Everest I guess

We all do
Money talks though and when the lead has no creativity in their body what can we do

MK: Thunder Mountain
EC: Maelstrom/Journey Into Imagination (Yes, I mad.)
MGM: Star Tours
AK: Kilimanjaro Safari

>They are tearing down the Smurf Mountain at King’s Dominion that existed since 1979 and hosted Volcano recently
F

>sees all these responses that include rides that have or will be destroyed

The ride never ends.Unless it does in this case.

Do I need to do the Disney college program to have a job at the park such as operating the attractions or something?

Disneyland: Indiana Jones Temple of the Forbidden Eye
California Adventure: Grizzly River Rapids

>Hoping majority of the crowds will be in HS.
D-d-do you mean you want it to only be high school aged youths or that the youths will be in school when it opens?

I went with my girlfriend a few years ago.

Tower of Terror is pretty good but the other shit is meh. Unless you're under age 12, I don't see the appeal of
a) waiting an hour for a 30 second ride
b) running across the parks to get from fast pass to fast pass line

MGM is called Hollywood Studios now. You need to let MGM go

>tfw no disney park gf

Magic Kingdom will get overflow. People will be doing additional vacations to catch starwars.

>Carousel of Progress
A man of culture, I see.

I got trapped on the Carousel of Progress once. Forty five minutes stuck in the 20's on loop. I can't go back there.

No pedofag, he means high school.

>Went to Magic Kingdom as an 8 year old
>Fucking magical
>Now in my 30's and have the money to go there and have all the fun I want
>Used the crowd calendar to go there on a "ghost town" weekday so I can enjoy myself
>Still absolutely packed with fuckers
>At least 3 sales kiosks for every ride, all selling the same overpriced pins
I want the magic back

The thing is there’s a very short window from when you’re too young to go and when the magic wears off. Maybe 5 years or so

This is the last time I'm posting my poll, I swear

There is no "off season" anymore, user. Especially not with Galaxy's Edge on the horizon.

Magic Kingdom: Carousel of Progress, Haunted Mansion, Splash Mountain (I can't pick a favorite out of these three)
Animal Kingdom: Expedition Everest
EPCOT: Soarin' and Journey into Imagination (when Dreamfinder was there, not the Eric Idle version now)
Hollywood Studios: Rockin Roller Coaster and before it was shut down, Great Movie Ride

Any fun DCP stories?

>Magic Kingdom:
Pirates of the Caribbean
>Epcot:
20,000 leagues under the sea was one of my favorites of all parks before they took it down ;_;
Living with the Land
>Hollywood Studios:
Backlot Tours when it was still around ;_;
Great Movie Ride ;_:
Rockin Roller Coaster now I guess
>Animal Kingdom:
Dinosaur
> Disneyland
Indiana Jones

Getting old sucks

Post your favorite food locations from each park
Magic Kingdom: Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe
Epcot: Teppan Edo
Hollywood Studios: Hollywood & Vine
Animal Kingdom: Yak & Yeti
Disney Springs: T-Rex

I once came home from a night of drinking at 4am and a female cast member I never met stopped me in front of my Disney housing building to ask if we could fuck.
Every story you hear about Vista Way is 100 percent true

>a female cast member I never met stopped me in front of my Disney housing building to ask if we could fuck
Are you good looking, user?

I mean, I have been told I'm cute but not particularly. I'm sure as hell not muscular or a Chad.

Nothing like that had never happened to me before. It caught me so off guard

Well...did you indulge her?
