Its should also be mentioned that UI takes god ki as well, which none of DCs characters have, but we'll assume anyone can learn DBs equivalent to Mushin, which is an actual thing. That's right, UI is a real thing in real life, though you don't get the feats.

Pretty sure Batman is supposed to represent the peak of Humanity, that is, how theoretically strong, Intelligent and adept a Human can get without the use of outside Powers, ala Magic, Mutations, Psychic Powers, Ki/Chi etc. Since UI requires Ki to work I don't think Batman could Master it.
