Man, I'm trying to remember this one PSA I saw that was about electrical safety. You know, pretty much don't stick in a fork in an outlet, that sort of thing. Only reason I still remember it was it scared the piss out of me as a child. It had, I'm guessing, the physical manifestation of Electricity, like a humanoid form if you will. Yah, if I saw it today it probably look like a cheap effect but that concept terrified me cause that guy could be hiding out in every outlet, every electronic device you owned, etc.

sorta. The effectivness of D.A.R.E. has been critisized over the last few decades and im having a bit of a hard time finding anything significant past 2009. On the D.A.R.E. website there was a post about "relaunching the dare program", whatever that means. I just skimmed it though. I wouldnt be surprised if it was still a thing in elementry schools.

I remember getting D.A.R.E. pencils, rulers, and bumper stickers (for some reason) from a school demonstration by some people from D.A.R.E., but this would have been '97 or so.
