Yes, /ztg/ is still a thing, surprisingly. But it might as well be called Pack Street General because 90% of the content there is just OCs and fanfiction that have nothing to do with the movie, it's just a big circlejerk around Weaver's fanfiction and all its OCs, actual Zootopia art is very rare.
