Have you idiots never heard of Digital Ink and Paint animation? It's been the industry standard for over 20 years on TV, and 30 years for animated 2D movies. Every single brand new 2D cartoon that came out in the 2000's (minus Robot Jones) used either digital ink and paint, Flash, or Toon Boom. Traditional, hand painted, cel animation has been dead for years now, with only shows that started in the 1990's like Spongebob, King of the Hill, Ed Edd n Eddy, and Batman Beyond using it for a bit, while later switching to digital ink and paint later in the series.
