Why does it always have to be Sailor Moon?

It is a lame combination of Harry Potter and Sailor Moon. The girls have waifu potential but the plot and the villains are usually lame, not that lame in he first 2 or 3 seasons, but after that, they got very lame.
Season 4 to 6 have a very lame and stupid setting and villains, but at some point they have some interesting and well written plot twists or development, so it is mostly garbage with some few good parts.
Male characters are fucking awful and stupid.
That girl is Musa, fairy of music or something, her boyfriend is a jerk, they break up at some point.

I wrote a Mary Sue fanfiction about it once on like, the 4kids message boards.

I know that Winx is not really good by any stretch of the imagination, but I still find it quite enjoyable. It's the sort of thing you can stick on while you do other things and half-watch, it's an inoffensive time-filler. Season 7 was a real slog to get through though, and Season 8 just looks horrible.

World of Winx was straddled the line between genius and madness. I don't know who pitched or approved the idea of the Winx being reality show talent scouts while also still being secret magic fairies (and also Erin Esurance) fighting against and alongside public domain fantasy fantasy characters, but fuck me if that insane concept didn't turn out surprisingly well.

The original Italian songs are great, and the girls are sexy if you like traditionally attractive attributes in women like hourglass figures and long legs (and their hips only got wider as time marched on). I also have a thing for bad girls, so as long as the Trix are involved I'm happy. I missed them in WoW.

And that the smart brown flora girl couldn't solve a puzzle of differently coloured squares but the ditzy blonde could arrange them in a harmonical order correctly since she always colour-coordinated her fashion.

Darcy's pretty good. She was the clever one who actually has a bit of a conscience (and briefly stole Musa's boyfriend mentioned) and who should probably be the leader but isn't as assertive as Icy.

While my ideal is a foursome, personally I'm torn between Icy's sadism and egomania and Stormy's barely contained frustrated rage. The sex would probably be good either way.

I'm not averse to anime, but it looks more "cute" than "sexy" which is just a matter of taste. And after image searching it I think the colours have caused my eyeballs to start bleeding.
