I just don’t get it why the broadcasting order of US version is reversed to the German version because the pacing of the plot of German is more reasonable (Rapunzel Day One, then Brothers Hook)

Maybe in season finale. But I think he is the ultimate villain of the series.

While the pacing and plot makes more sense with Day One coming first, I think Brother Hook is first (and US one is correct order) because Hook Foot is not in Day One episode which means he already left.
