i didn't see any neckhole fucking so no, there's only so much you can do in a cartoon that deals with death before they start changing your time slot into the dead hours of the night/morning and killing off your series entirely because it was too mature and didn't get viewers at 5am.

These shows/cartoons are made by adults and most want to add adult related situations but are crippled by limitations so they can get the right amount of diverse ages of audiences and make their profit in the end.
