Arguably, this one couldn't be told during the marriage, since Peter and MJ not knowing each other during that period is a part of the plot. Not that this arc has much value anyway.

Early 600s are good but that whole Raptor arc really put me too sleep but it picks up again once Gauntlet starts and leads into Grim Hunt.

There are other a number of adjacent titles that are better, but these were the ones from pretty much the same line (Amazing) that I really liked.

I thought it was pretty goody I’d drawn out a bit and it made the sinister six look good and strong vs the avengers. It’s not going to top any top 10 lists anytime soon, but it’s worth reading.

It still could have worked. You have to do some more extensive rewriting, but you could still do it.

It needed to be shortened by a year minimum other than that it was fine

Superior was like the one good thing to come out of Slott's run. What are you talking about?

This sequence alone was way better than anything in Superior.

It didn't. Go look at comichron backlogs; it stayed in the top 10 for the entire run.

Because a good idea that wasn't executed well, but Marvel seems to have that issue these days.

Almost all of Spider-Man from BND up to and including Origin of the Species is good. Not great, but good.

Spider-Island was pretty good.

Granted he squandered Anti Venom twice, but Superior Spider-Man was two fucking years of “The Die is Cast” and so on. The best thing to come out of Superior was the henchmen posting that was going on on Yea Forums at the time.

With all the recommendations for Superior Spider-man you should also look at Superior Spider-man Team-up & Avenging Spider-man starting at 15.1 (which was later rebranded as Superior Spider-man Team-Up). They're part of the same storyline but much better written.

In all honesty the Superior spider-man team up book was better than the main title

Because the whole buildup for the Superior Six storyline went to shit in the span of a single issue

...so they can wrap everything up in Superior in time to bring back asm for the movie.
