Legendary, and should be more than that as it spawned an entire film genre; kaiju.

It's a shame they will never put that much effort into the animation of superman like that ever again.

Amazing. God I wish WB would properly remaster them and put them out on blu-ray.

Just give me Red Son in that glorious style

No.
Me and my brother used to have a few of the multi-episode videos years ago when we were kids. I think our parents sold them, which is devastating now

I remember them being pretty great tho. Classic Superman shit. It was fun and the animation seemed top notch

God Tier.

Some of the setups/content/dialogue ave aged a bit bit poorly.
But that is more than made up for by the sense of classic Superman theme of striving at all odds to save the day, and the masterful animation.

Wasn't it rotorscopeshit?

I believe some of it was, and it certainly looks like some scenes were.

A good amount of it, yes. But it worked well to the point where I'd still say it's commendable

Rotoscoped, yes.

Shit, no.

Fucked up the link. Oops. My point is, it looks nice and they're fun cartoons

>But it worked well
Of course that lazy uncreative shit worked well.

>lazy rotorscopoing
>commendable
Kek

Rotorscope is shit by definition, user.

What's your point beyond trolling?

That we shouldn't enjoy it?
That it isn't an amazing cartoon?

>Believing that nonsense
Kids these days.

Rotorscoping is cheating and boring af, just watch live action already instead.

>amazing cartoon
>rotorscoping

T: retard

t. shit taste

>It's my ridiculous opinion, please believe me!

No thanks.

>rotor
No. Spell it correctly, dammit.
And the technique is fine. It allowed for fluid movement in a cartoon setting where 40s comic shit worked better than live action. The cartoon's known to have been pretty high budget anyway for the time

>projecting

>And the technique is fine.
> cartoon setting where 40s comic shit worked better than live action
No, it isn't. It's just lazily redrawn live action.

>seething rotoscope fag

And it looks fine. Calm down. Enjoy the shorts. They're fun

No, it's look like boring shit.

Meant for

It's what truly made me realize that Lois Lane doesn't give a fuck and will do anything for a story like some sort of deranged madwoman.

It has my favorite Superman costume of all time.
Inspired the Kingdom Come costume, it just looks great.

Minus the trunks, of course.

Top tier
