Ultimate DC universe should be lighter and more wacky to contrast with the current state of the mainline DC universe.

Also, no rehashing plot lines from the mainline DC universe.

You're not talking about an Ultimate Universe then. It should be darker, filled with cannibalism, and story wise just be a greatest hits album of the main universe until they run out of hits and everything falls apart.
