Peter:"HOLY CRAP LOUISIANA! MICKEY MOUSE, IN OUR HOUSE!"
Chris, quietly in background:"Mickey Mouse, Clubhouse. Hehehehe!"
Stewie Mouse: "That is correct, bulbous one! I am now Mickey Mouse due to us, the Family Guy show, being owned by Disney"
Peter:"Holy Crap!"
*Peter pauses and looks confused and slightly worried*
Peter:"Wait, will this change the show in any way? Will there be a surge of quality, or will we suffer through the same lame jokes and cutaway gags we, the Griffin family, suffer through! Will we continue living in our torturous existence of shitty, low-bar 'humour', forever being a growing, festering cesspit on television..."
*Peter begins to cry and cannot finish his train of thought. Lois becomes deathly pale from worry and panic and shouts "PEEEETAAAAAA!! STOP CRY-IEEENNNG". Meg whines and/or complains. Chris is still laughing at his lame joke in the background. Brian the talking dog, who was originally laughing at Peter for being fat and stupid and dumb and below Brian's own intellect, begins to softly weep; Brian contemplates being run over in traffic for a second time. Stewie Griffin slowly undergoes a horrific transformation turning from baby to Mickey Mouse, his bulbous head deforming, two perfectly circular tumorous growths growing from his crown. Stewie Mouse utters a deathly, fear-inducing cackle in his transformation continues. This continues for the rest of the show's airtime*

Adding to this: Peter dresses as Galactus. Joe dresses as Thanos, and they make some kind of joke about Joe snapping his fingers and turning the universe paraplegic. Cleveland dresses as Black Panther, because "The pool of black characters is too small". Quagmire dresses as the green goblin.
Brian is shown listening to the Allen Bones radio show while driving with Stewie. He complains to Stewie about what an idiot this guy and his right wing fans are, until suddenly Allen brings up some freelance article Brian wrote for a local paper, giving it a raving review. Brian pulls an immediate 180 on his view of Allen Jones and his far right views, which Stewie keeps criticizing him for throughout the episode.
The episode ends with a big chicken fight-esque battle between Peter's gang and Robert Downey Jr. Robert wins flawlessly, but leaves on his own accord for some altruistic reason, and they all learn a valuable lesson about how awesome Robert Downey Jr is. Maybe Peter makes a brief, cheeky reference to his alcoholism. The Brian B plot just sort of ends.
