Fox Searchlight is an even bigger deal considering what an important studio it was for independent film and that so many important movies came out under that label.

Even if Disney keeps 20th Century Fox, the net effect is less movies and less good movies, because Disney doesn't want to clog up the schedule and compete against itself. Which is sucky.
