Every character, bit of lore and concept in the marvel u is also at your disposal to mess around with as you please. >the catch
Street level series about a woman in China who suddenly and mysteriously develops superstrength and becomes a crime fighter. Classic new villain of the week stories mixed with trying to figure out how she got her powers. The whole thing takes place in China and is viewed from a completely chinese perspective.

>no executive meddling >The new hero has to be a nonwhite woman
Wyatt Rogers
Female Asian who is hot. 20 years old. Either Japanese, Chinese or Korean. All her friends are straight white people or Asian. Individuals from other races can appear as background to compliment the NY setting. She would be in College. Mentions about her race or gender are forbidden unless the story demands it. She would be studying something normal like Medicine. No super genius shit. All crossovers will be limited to heroes that are around her age or younger. The rest is forbidden even in crossovers so they actually look important. When she meets an old hero, it must be in the ongoing book and during a whole arc designed for the big meeting. Then the old hero can't crossover again for at least a year. Also a limit for two old heroes per year would be set. If she crossover with heroes that are her age or younger, it must be after she has become friends with them outside hero business. In case the identities are secret, an arc must be set for the heroes to meet. No random teamups that result in instant friendship. All arc endings must have our heroine losing something because of her own fault. She can't be untouchable and stories must encourage showing all her flaws at any moment possible. If the character wins, it must always be after a bug effort. No bullshit instawin powers. Every 5 arcs a character must die, not from the main cast necessarily but death must always be present to keep the threat of crime a serious matter. Finally, all stories must be Earth grounded. No cosmic stories. If characters must crossover, it would always be under the grounded heroes rule.

Does Marvel have a sci-fi beastmaster themed heroine?
Most of them are villains and the closest thing they have to a hero is Kid Kaiju and his monsters come from a magical sketchbook (as far as I read )
I can imagine something similar to Tony Stark instead of missiles and firearms, have her focus on bioweapons, monsters, superhuman genetics.
>hardmode:no legacy or spinoff characters. Whats legacy, old timey or modern forever characters? Spinoffs that are official or my own?
Way to strawman the widest groups in minimalist director speak.
Chase Lee
A new cosmic hero, she's Blue Kree which is not white. >shut up it counts.
She'd be an incompetent glory hound whose too individualistic for the Kree collective and only got the nega bands or some other shit because she was transporting them when shit went south. She runs afoul of her empire next time she encounters them and decides to be a hero, at first solely for fortune and glory. Later on after getting her ass kicked she'd become a real hero. Kree would have their abilities as super strong energy absorbers focused on more and Minn--erva would be her vegeta who aids her when she fights other forgotten characters from pre annihilation marvel cosmic.
The Kaiju Queen, can mutate parts of her body into various different creatures, like a lizard claw, or a tentacle, moth antenae for echolocation, etc. and can do atomic breath and stuff. She's Japanese and her outfit is based on Bosozoku culture (female japanese biker gangs from the 90s)
Introduced in an arc where shortly after getting her powers she helps an amnesiac Kang the Conqueror unknowingly regain his powers and memory and realize she accidentally helped the bad guy. This arc will also see Sandman become a good guy and rejoin the Avengers again and he will be her love interest as they develop a strong friendship over multiple arcs.
She also really gets along with Spider-woman and Hawkeye.
A very secular adult muslim woman of non-specific arab decent living in San Francisco, while she occasionally struggles with her race/religion in america she is ironically bigoted against mutants, considering it different because "I should know if my neighbour can accidentally jizz toxic gas".
She's a bulldog in corporate America, and only lives in san fran because she works in tech.
She's actually fiscally conservative, and would vote republican if they didn't keep pushing her away so she resents living in san fran calling it a "flower childl hell hole". everyone acts like she's full on alt-right but she's actually centre left, all her friends just take politics a bit far.
after an accident at her work her dna becomes unstable, allowing her to temporarily splice the DNA of heroes, villains and animals into herself.
She caries around a lock of captain americas hair and fights crime as " THE MELTING POT".
She'd fight villain of the weeks for a bit, teams up with other heroes. collecting samples to use.
She meets Ms Marvel and finds her obnoxious, they get into the "My religion isn't the only thing about my identity argument".
In spite of all the politics in the character description I wouldn't want the book to be overtly political. I want her as a hawkman character. I kind of want to do something different, ultimately the character still reinforces positive values but I i wouldn't want her to be a one dimensional bubble character.

>A very secular adult muslim woman of non-specific arab decent living in San Francisco So Indian?
Considering Indians hate Pakis, it can give her extra hate-boner for Kamala
Easton Peterson
Nah, I want her hate to come from a place of considering her an obnoxious and naive teen, not racial resentment.
Kamalla is what, 17, I want my character to be in her late 20's early thirties.
She lived through 9/11 and the immediate blowback and resents the kamala is so young and doesn't remember/wasn't there for the worst of it.
Kamalas optimism and belief she can make a lasting change is considered naivety by Melting pot.she thinks that Kamala hasn't dealt with the worst of sexism and racism and is a fool if she thinks a team of multicultural superheroes is all it takes to make lasting change.
My character isn't a superhero because she thinks it will change the world, she's a pragmatist, she wants to improve her city and her immediate community and see's this as an opportunity to do it. Ideally she's be a superhero for a couple of years before running for office to some extent.
Fuck you I just make Beetle a hero and her own book. I let Spencer write and Lieber draw though because I have no talent. But I'm sure the dominican black criminal lawyer demographic need representation and boy do I want to deliver!
Werewolf chick. Why? Because my dick wears the pants in this relationship.
Robert Cooper
I would probably make a low superhero setting. Make the MC a black superhero who can mess with sound and have them deal the common life in the middle to lower class of society in the big city.
Alongside that the character gets to deal with super powered criminal gangs like the Reapers from Infamous, wanna-be vigilante heroes with powers who believe they are going to make a change to their community/try to take out their own justice on society, the creation of a specialized gang task force to deal with people who got powers. Nothing world ending or spectacular, villains wants to run the street and drag people down and the MC is just trying to survive and get a better life.
Thicc shortstack asian police officer who moonlights as a vigilante when the cops can't do their jobs. Very street level, no mention of her race/gender, just solid detective stories and street crime fighting. No crossovers, no team ups, any mentions of other heroes is all done Marvels style, just imagine something like GCPD crossed with daredevil, except instead of Matt we have a hot asian chick. Also her vigilante identity isn't asian themed like Shi or a ninja or some stupid bullshit like that. Spends all her time kicking the shit out of people at night and doing boring ass desk work during the day. Ends up getting married to a white guy, having kids, and retires from crimefighting happily. Then gets old and collects a police pension and raises her grandkids.
I'm thinking after End-game if they have mutants being a new thing, that is Prof X. and Magneto being in their 60's-70's and suddenly gaining powers rather than having their powers for the last few decades, that we get a Storm movie.
>Parents die in a plane crash with her being the sole survivor in the middle of the Sahara >Her X-gene goes off at this point so now she's a scared child, with dead parents wondering aimlessly around the desert (water isn't an issue since she can make it rain) >Makes her way south slowly over the course of a few years gaining practical skills and generally learning how to fight >Travelling through a forest she happens upon the poor nation of Wakanda, but they don't like visitors. >All out fight between her controlling the weather and Black Panther at the end
