Everything on Disney is getting worse quality wise

>everything on Disney is getting worse quality wise
>Meanwhile MCU overal quality only improved though the years

Why the fuck Feige is not Disney CEO yet? He's literally the only competent person in the whole company. He could save Star Wars, he cold save Disney Channel.

He most definitely will be one day...He has proven that he has power and can sway the big guys, like what he did with Gunn returning

>MCU overal quality only improved though the years
Wut?

>MCU
>quality

Im waiting for his sex scandal

Good on the average is a miracle for the amount of films put out at this point.
Better track record than James Bond.

Creatively, the MCU has stagnated. They can't write interesting stories anymore, so instead they push their movies as cultural movements.

Sorry, facts don't care about your feelings.

Both Black Panther and Captain Marvel were incredible movies.
AM&W seems more like the exception than the rule.

>Phase 1 : critical and box office hit an miss
>Phase 2 mostly sucesses
>Phase 3: every single movie was loved by the public and critics + massive profit

The more freedom he get the more sucess he achieve.I'm not pretending that MCU makes Citizen Kane movies but they are solid blockbusters and most franchises slip at some point while Feige managed to please the crowd over a dozen times in a row what is a record in cinema history.

Stop lumping black panther with captain marvel. Black panther is actually good whereas captain marvel was completely miscast and devoid of likability. Also an Afro-futurist setting is much more interesting than cosmic marvel without a Gunn/watiti comedic spin.

Lmao didn't Iger made a speech about firing Gunn being the right idea? Feige made him look weak to the public, the executives clearly hear him more than the current CEO.

AM&W > BP >>>> CM

You have those arrows backwards

Nah

Fiege was the man who convinced Sony to lend Spider-Man to them. Hell, I wouldn't be shocked if Fiege got a DC/Marvel crossover to happen, he's THAT good!

I haven't seen CM, but the idea that Antman & the Wasp is better than anything is hilarious. It's easily the worst MCU movie.

>Why the fuck Feige is not Disney CEO yet?
Just wait until ( Live Action ) Aladdin does “Nutcracker and the Four Realms" numbers ...

Not while IM3 and T:TDW exist

>Why the fuck Feige is not Disney CEO yet?

Disney is more than movies, they have parks, hotels, resorts, the third biggest naval fleet in the world, music labels, tv networks, merchandising, and even financial services.

Feige is a comic book nerd that became a movie producer. He can't run Disney.

>Not while IM3 and T:TDW exist
This user gets it!

>they are solid blockbusters
Jaws and The Dark Knight were solid blockbusters
MCU movies are not

Jaws and the Dark Knight are classics with cultural impact not just "solid blockbusters"

Wait til you see Captain Marvel then...

The Fox deal. If not for the fox deal, Iger would have moved on to run in the 2020 presidential race as he wanted to and Alan Horn would have moved up to CEO, probably appointing Feige as his replacement heading all movie divisions. Iger had to postpone his retirement to oversee the Fox acquisition and now probably wont budge until it's time to gear up for the 2024 election.

Never got this Antman and Wasp hate, is clearly better than several MCU movies like Thor 1 and 2, Iron Man 2 and 3, Age of Ultron, Hulk and even Captain Marvel.

My only problem with that is that it make impossible to have comics Ghost who is one thousand times better than this suicidal womanchild.

Come to fucking think of it.

22 films, only one single flop and that's only the 2nd film.

Does any other company/producer have this track record in history besides Walt Disney?

Alan Horn is 71 years old. Would he really be considered appropriate as CEO of the company? I think the board would be scared of another Eisner situation.
