I think it was a bit after Aaron’s run. It might have been after Secret Empire where Vegas was destroyed and even after Damnation which continued the Vegas plot

On one hand, a more stable entity might be less of a threat in the sense of not leading to a erratic world-ending annihilation event. On the other, Sentry ha now merged with the part of himself that acted on the impulses Sentry wouldn't, like crashing the plane on that guy his wife was getting too close to. Sentry seems to care and try to protect, while void seems to hate, and try to destroy. Merging both entities, I can only imagine Robert would now act as some kind of capricious tyrant.
