A better question is why did he kill Jason in Under the Red Hood?
Jason is his biggest living failure that haunts him that he keeps trying to redeem/fix
The next time they meet they'll eat crunchy tacos together by the batmobile and have a warm father/son moment. Why must they constantly do this? And why the fuck is Jason being mogged by Batman here? Isn't he supposed to be a powerhouse like Batman?
Yeah but they seem to always portray the older stronger guy as bigger for some reason

Bat-cuffs
batman smiles... that's wow
This.
Jason is Bruce's biggest regret and a constant reminder of his worst fear: You can't save everybody.
>Kinky
So then he should just let Jason go
Because Love and Hate are not too different
That's a wheel ?
He should throw Jason in Blackgate with the rest of the assholes who think having a gun means you get to tell everybody else how it is.
Jason loves to mess with Batman
If the Joker or any of the Batman villains where real, would anyone have an issue with someone killing them? Batman has let others kill before, he just doesn't want to let Jason
why is jason even allowed to be in batman's presence ? isn't he a murderer ?
doesn't batman loathe murderers more than anything in the world ?
then why is he still alive ?
Because he's not written very well.
iirc, Batman explicitly allows the hitman in Detective Comics 630 to kill a guy. Batman basically just says he disapporoves and he still apprehends the hitman.

Because Jason is the Robin most like himself. He's the only one that can't let go.
Yes
Because Jason is one of the few people who can make a genuine point against Batman
No, he can't. I don't see him trying to kill the Joker any harder than Batman.
