Fascist corporate. Communists have many, many flaws but with only a few exceptions they still endeavor to apply wealth to the benefit of society, as a strong society will ultimately benefit the part. The MO of fascism is to lock down or destroy as much of the overall wealth as possible and use the remainder to militarize poverty and keep total control.

No. Only North Korea, Moldova, Venezuela and modern Cuba are the most outstanding examples of "socialist" countries where wealth is never applied to society. Major players like the USSR and PRC had vast and active public sectors because it was in the party's interest to keep things from collapsing, despite their obvious incompetence.
