Do the coins suck out souls and leave the bodies, or do they just throw the whole body in there too? I don’t recall if they showed what happened to the elf’s body when he was stuck in a coin. I think that happened offscreen. But, whatever happened to King Harrow, it ended up with his body dead. That’s why Viren was so antsy to burn it quickly. If the coin thing sucks in your body too and not just your soul, then that’s not what happened to the king.

I assume the elf is coming back at some point, so I doubt his body is dead or destroyed, and I dunno where or how or why Viren would save it, so I bet his whole self, body included, is just in the coin. Something different probably happened to the king.

I love a good war elephant, but this show is for tumblr, and on tumblr the general opinion on elephants is incompatible with them being trained as mounts and used for war, or held in any captivity at all. But then those same people are also often huge hypocrits, so there could be no telling how they’d take it.

At every step of the series he could have gotten what he wanted he he had compromise a little. Switch places with the king, become regent for a young king, ask for military aid for protecting the border instead of a blank check of support.
