Comic Miles is still ass. All he really has to his name in the new comic is his one fight with Rhino. The rest of the time, he's either the usual mouthpiece for impotent activists like Saladin, or he goes back to being the inexplicable "I have all the powers and I'm the best" like he ended up being in Spider-Geddon.
