It looks awful, I want to read it.

Did they have their kid-friendly clothes?

mickey's bangs are a disaster.

Looks like a faggot.

According to amazon the it comes out in October.

They're cooler than normal.

Well, it's a sequel of Paperino Paperotto (PP8).

> Goofy looks like Max
They should seriously think about make Max canon in the comics.

It only ever to include him as Max.

Why do they dress like it's 1999 again?

Because 1999 was 20 years ago.

But will we see Peg n Pete?

its really strange to see "younger" versions of characters that are set in a time well after they were originally created, like the 90's aesthetic would be like a pre-1930's style if it was set when the characters were made
its the same thing with the simpsons retconing homer into a 90's grunge teen despite being created before the nineties, its just awkward to me
also it looks like shit anyways

For years in Disney comics, Paperino Paperotto always appear with Grandma Duck and his goat.

Well, a teenage version of Peg-Leg Pete appeared in a Italian story of Topolino in 2000.

Why does he look like a Kingdom Hearts character?

It looks like Sora because he's a teen duck.

>Goofy is a fucking stoner

Kek considering how that one scene in the second goofy movie is it doesn't surprise me.

Donald is straight out of Quack Pack.

He's a Sora and a Quack Pack style of the upcoming series on IDW.

Francesco Artibani will become a fan of Paperino Paperotto like Bruno Enna and Paola Mulazzi due to its popularity of the younger character.

wait, artibani's doing this?

You're being too charitable. They dress like it's 1999 because that's what Disney Italy's marketers still think "cool" looks like.
Sunglasses, surfing and skating, the whole deal.

Actually no, he's a fan of Paperino Paperotto shortly after the picture of a the teenage version was revealed.

he's listed as the author in the solicit though

Oh, so Disney Italian fans still loves Paperino Paperotto in Topolino comics I don't know why this book will release in October according to Amazon.com

Will the younger version of Jose Carioca appear in this book?

Well yeah and maybe Panchito will appear as well as his sister Della.

Not gonna lie, I'm intrigued and would watch a cartoon of this.

Donald's hair was an emo before getting his spiky hair in middle school.

I hope they include as many Mickey and Donald universe characters as they can just to see who gets the most retarded outfit

>1999 was 20 years ago.

why does goofy look like double d

Really?

I don't know why.

How old are you buddy? To even recall 1999 you have to be 24 and that’s putting you at 4 years old for the time

so was this made in 2003?

Putting age aside the reaction might come from the fact that we have had such incredible leap in technology since that time that it feels either longer or shorter then 20 years. Combined with how fast pop culture has been changing over the past few years (look at how fast memes get stale compared to the old days for a very recent example) and I'm in agreement. Remember when Blackberrys where the hip cool thing people used to impress others. Before that it was what? A pager that only allowed you to receive messages you'd then have to find a payphone to give a proper response to? One became popular around the 80's giving it about the same length of popularity that smartphones have had (about 20m years) and the other quickly became replaced within 10 years. Now since you obviously remember those days let me ask you, do they feel more stretched and drawn out compared to the 2000s? Not too much of a stretch that anyone below 40 would be baffled at how fast the past 2 decades have flown by.
>tldr; shut the fuck up oldfag

*snap*!

Why is this not set during the 20's or 30's? Why do companies continue to push the "This is what kids are into these days, right?" angle with reboots?

Do people really think that kids wouldn't be able to relate with something outside themselves?

I remember that is used liceal setting in some stories.

Oh wait, that reminds me of something...

Please don't try to fuck the duck.

Will they be change as pre-teens?

It seems that it sets in the 90s of Paperino Paperotto with his childhood friends.created by Bruno Enna and Paola Mulazzi.

What would it be to celebrate this holiday of the teenage Donald Duck?

Attached: sketch-1552828282418.png (1080x1080, 278K)

It was already a thing back in 2013 so, yes they did.

What about Donald's childhood friends like Louis and Tom in this upcoming book?

He did appear in a few of the Dutch comics, including this one:
inducks.org/story.php?c=H 23013

I think that a teenage version of Goofy will appear in this upcoming series of the book.

What the fuck
they're all from the 1920's-1940s
Donald served in WWII
he should look like this

Attached: file.png (1031x1280, 1.18M)

What about Nerd Mickey?

This looks like shit. don't try yo pass fanart as official ever again user.

All yours.

Whatever.

There are few characters who appears as younger version and due to its popularity of Paperino Paperotto (created by Bruno Enna and Paola Mulazzi) he's given gets its own spin-off of this upcoming book by Francesco Artibani.

>it's real

Attached: wat.png (2880x1502, 1.73M)

That may be, but the problem is he was never cool looking so that image is a contradiction to reality.

Attached: maxresdefault.jpg (1280x720, 93K)

I will be happy of the younger character due to its popularity.
