I thought it was Voltron
>A well written and paced show that actually is competent and I don't feel embarrassed by their depressing fanbase
It's good
I'd feel a lot better if you asked me 3 or 4 years ago.
Back in the 90s he was in a very famous tv show. I’m just glad he returned to form for this one as well
I enjoy it. They keep escalating the season closer and have already mustered two deaths. I’m anxious to see whether we get anything to break the pattern or if we’re just going to ramp it up for the next season.
Good? How am I supposed to feel about liking a show?
Out of everything in Netflix's animation catalogue I'm okay with BoJack being the face of their original animation.
BoJack is immensely more popular that Voltron and far more critically aclaimed.
It's the first show to come to my mind when I read "Netflix animation"
Animation wise it is not a masterpiece mind you.
But the rest of the show is just damn good.
I'm having serious trouble getting into this show
Feels pretty fucking great desu
Groening BTFO
Just remember, Bojack is not suppose to be a likeable character. In the 1st season you get to enjoy him being as toxic as possible.
It has been since 2014, I don't know why you're asking now.
Not that dude but I've watched the first 2 epsiode but the fact every body just keeps word vomiting every second of every episode is unbearable and every joke is ran into the ground does it become better later.
I could give another show by these people a shot if they just vowed not to have THE SHOW supporting issues. it's incompatible with what the whole 'everyone is a flawed idiot' show concept is about
It's boring and repetitive and if you aren't a self-deprecating asshole yourself it's difficult to get into, it tries too hard to give you the 'feels'. Still better than the family guy ripoffs netflix keeps pouring money in, though
Better than Voltron or Big Mouth
Bojack Horseman has some of the best sight gags in an animated show
Fight me.
Season 2 does, but if you still don't like it then it's not for you
first season starts really weak
episode 8 is good, if you dont like it, maybe its not for you
They started from Season One at 2014, when netflix was not a thing. They earned it.
You mean 11?
As good as it is, I would've preferred a few above average animated shows rather than just one really good one, the selection feels really disproportionate
>Pseudo-edgy "look-at-me-being-a-celebrity-is-so-hard" show
>Main character has a horse head, because even on the internet, you can't have an animated show without "laughing-out-loud, pound-sign-random" as the beginning and end of your "humor"
>Made for a pirate streaming service with a paywall turned Hollywood machine
It tells me everything I need to know about it.
That part she says about wanting a Mommy to fuck got me so stupid hard!
Anyways, yeah good show, so why not? Do flagships shows even exist, or apply, anymore?
>first season starts really weak
I never agreed with this sentiment. I’ve always liked BoJack Season 1. Sure, it takes until Episode 11 for it to show its true dramatic colors, but I don’t see how Season 1 as a whole is any different than what comes after. The humor generally remained the same.
I feel you're wrong.
