Boys feel guilty and it eats at them until they crack. Contrary to what most people believe, the boys' lives take a turn for the worse after it comes out. Their friends stop talking to them, they feel stunted. Also a lot of what kids learn about sex at a young age is usually romanticized and positively filtered, so even if they do want sex, it's usually because they've been groomed for it. Think about how stupid and impressionable people are, especially kids. Especially hormonal teens. Also why would anyone wanna fuck a kid anyway, they don't have any experience, they'll probably just lay there like a plank.

Funny story, when I was in middle school somebody stole our teacher's USB thinking he could copy the exams and returning it.
What we found instead was a folder full of naked pictures of our teacher, probably meant for her boyfriend.
It was quite backward for everyone, she wasn't ugly or anything, the thing was that she was our room teacher since we where kids so it was less like finding nudes of you hot teacher and more like finding that your mom does porn on her free time.
Nobody got in trouble, she didn't ever realized what happened, but nothing was the same after that.
