She could just make a machine that turns her into a bombshell. Or just as her father for that. Why doesn't she do that?

Poor good Sivana, imagine the existential nightmare that would be seeing yourself evil in every possible reality, it means that free choice is an illusion and you only are good to be the exception to the multiversal rule.It also goes for woman universe and black universe.

I feel bad for her. It seems like she could care less about being evil, she just wants to be liked.

That honestly sounds like a neat concept in its own right. The one good version of a character has to fight against the the countless evil versions of himself to protect his world/the multiverse. It practically writes itself.
