Cover art is always better than the inside art.
The only time this is a problem is when the cover art is great, and the inside art is absolute dogshit; like the Japanese release of Squirrel Girl, or Iron Sights.
The art inside is fine, so I don't see the problem.

What was bad besides being published by Marvel?
Story was good enough, especially for a #1. Art was good. Colorist made full use of it, especially the tones between settings. Letterer was competent. I don't know if I'm going to go out of my way to keep reading it, but will definitely read #2 if it's posted.

It's all right? I think everyone was hoping for a sexy charged adventure. The big problem I think with this book is Marvel wants one thing and don't know how to make it work with Conan. Marvel wants to make a Conan universe girl power book, but don't want to make it too sexy, and yet Conan woman are KNOWN FOR IT and sell like that. So the cover is meant for the regular Conan crowd while it's written for a different crowd....who won't buy it because of the cover.

Then just make a Sonja book and make sure she's wearing proper armor instead of a metal bikini. I don't mind if the story is good but by the looks of it it's not going to be interesting enough nor conan enough to make me buy it.

Besides the other two titles are alright. Last issue we had Conan going vigilante and I always prefer my sword and sorcery with as much sorcery as possible but it's ok.

Same estate owns them, but the estate let's different publishers license the rights. Since Marvel lost the rights the two have been seperated.

No, Sonja is a legally distinct character from Red Sonya, so she's owned by a different company.
There was a legal fight over a decade ago over it, and ended with the Conan holders getting the rights to publish the story Red Sonya was introduced in, and Red Sonja was allowed to tell stories in Conan's world.
Each company exchanged $1 USD
