The internet has allowed artists to be a lot more open to options now so they don't need to rely magazines I don't read porn magazines so I wouldn't know if there's been a decline in one page comics for adults but magazines have been on the way out for a while now, like printed news. Jumping ship to do online commissions and set up Patreons seems more lucrative.
