I've been hearing so much about Ahoy comic but haven't checked out any of their books. A good reason to start.
it's just idiots. If they even looked at the cover they would be able to tell it's mocking Superheroes not Jesus. The cover is literally saying feeding the criminals so they don't become criminals is a better policy than Might is Right

You want to do Jesus/Super-Hero? Play it straight. Satan's a regular in comics as it is, why not play things straight and have Jesus just befriend a hero play it straight of Jesus and said hero having adventures? WB is starting to step on DC's balls. They replaced Diane Nelson and her replacement is tasked with scrubbing DC and making sure what happens in comics is representative of what happens outside comics.

Read the summaries of it or articles about it, it says God was disappointed in how it went when Jesus came to earth 2000 years ago and he wanted him to be more like a Superman knockoff so he sends him back to earth to try to learn from a real superhero.
