Not necessarily. captain Marvel released worldwide on its OW, Aquaman didn't. That's why Aquaman's "weekend gross" is lower, but it made overall.
You can't release worldwide twice, so CM will have a much harder time matching Aquaman's numbers. Aquaman making a billion was a happy coincidence that only happened after weeks of adding together foreign totals, but we have the foreign totals for CM already.
That's not to say it can't cross 1 billion, but it would require a second marketing push from Disney to do so.

Visions blasts arent proven to be deadly or even particularly powerful, the biggest feat for them are breaking robots that cap was punching apart as well. Scarlet Witch is frankly 1% of her normal power in the MCU, and is just not a threat. Her telekinesis is limited in strength, and Spidey straight up out muscles her there. She struggled to catch some rubble, Holland's Spidey lifted a building, and that's without the Stark suit he had in Civil War. Cap didnt embarrass him either, he took on Bucky and Falcon at the same time, and straight up caught the metal fist without flinching or putting in any effort at all. He was talking when he did it and he didnt even grunt with effort for it. Spidey is frankly miles past any of them, only Thor, Hulk, Strange, and now Captain Marvel beat him and none of them were in that movie.
None of this nitty gritty pedantry even really matters, the point is that a new and extrmely powerful character was introduced right in the middle of a major conflict, and he didn't outshine the plot or other characters. Captain Marvel is just doing the same thing again.
