It was funny watching EVS and Richer Meyer shit on comic mainstream at first but they very quickly get boring, repetitive and more often than not come off as bitter.

It will make it past dismissal, the question is if Meyers will settle for a check and lawyers fees, or if hell force a trial to get a public apology from Waid. Injunctive action could just force Waid to apologize in public as PART of the settlement, but it wont get dismissed

Not really, a lot of fucking lawsuits get thrown out of court. Unless meyers has proof of his verbal agreement and that it didn't have any clause that would prevent it from being nulled. By you know not being a real contract in anyway shape or form. His lawsuits sunk. Like the real issue is that you can't argue about contract law without a contract. And even if a verbal agreement might be valid as a contract for whatever. Unless Meyers has proof of it AP can renege at any time.
