Now to wait for this to get no replies again.

Well second day I post this and no one posts.
I wonder who could be behind this...
>17 replies one poster.
People don't watch animation anymore?
>extra soul killing captcha
I feel bad about nobody contributing so have some Irish studio ghibli and some weird shit/remixes people have posted on here before. Probably not considered artsy but what can you do.

That's the studio that made the secret of Kells.
I don't find them ghibli at all anime was a mistake.
youtube.com
Also don't feel bad, I knew what would happen if I attempted to make a good thread.
Thread got killed.
How shitty.
I can't help to think on how brutal it is that I can't make an animation thread on the animation board.
I really like animation as an art form but I'm cursed from /g/od.
youtube.com
I won't give up but things look shitty for me.
Most people in the US are working right now (including myself), so I would imagine you are not going to get any deep discussion started until later. I will say though that Rehearsals for Extinct Anatomies by the Quay Brothers is among my favorite stop-motion animation and I would recommend Jan Svankmajer if you enjoy their work.
I'm interested but don't really have any links to share because the first post is somewhat vague, and I'm not sure what kind of stuff would be considered artsy enough. Do you want short movies, youtube/newgrounds content, animated music videos, short segments from full movies, or anything as long as it's animated? When you say "artsy", do you mean you'd like to see something experimental, or anything in general that looks impressively well-animated?
>That's the studio that made the secret of Kells.
Yes I know. I was meming because of how similar their movies are in terms of tropes and characters.
>Quay Brothers
Fuck yeah, watched all their stuff except the few things that have been lost to time and don't exist on the internet, like this for example: en.wikipedia.org
Anyway, here's a few random contributiuons that I haven't seen posted yet, thanks for the great thread OP
