It's my headcannon that Ben from the Gwen 10 universe could experience/see the future of alternate timelines, because he was awakening his Anodite powers in a special way.

It also makes sense that Ben would be better at magic, since Gwen 10 was shown to be able to master the Omnitrix and aliens much faster than Ben.

Turns out the analytical child is better at strategizing a set of known constraints than making shit up on the go, and the child that's good at making shit up on the go is good at that.

It makes perfect sense for Ben to be better at Magic and Gwen at the aliens in any situation where the magic user has no training since Magic is mostly only bound by imagination

Now I'm super disappointed they didn't try something like this. Would have made for a cool mini story arc if somehow Gwen 10 and Anodite Ben ended up in the main timeline.

Considering how in omniverse he gained full control over X, I wouldn't say an anodite would add much to his arsenal. Also there's always the problem of the watch not giving him the right alien to balance things out.

His control of Alien X is rocky at best, given they can take it away at any moment.
