See, now this is nice

I hate that the first thing I thought of when Talos was obnoxiously sipping his drink was this picture of Shazam
Shouldn't diabetics be protesting this or something? Where's the outrage?
It's cute how you DKeks keep trying to piggyback off of Based Marvel's many MANY successes
Kill yourself ladderbro
>Like Shazam
>Like the Captain Marvel variants although admittedly prefer Rambeau
>Excited for both movies
>Have to put up with a shitfest on the rest of the board for the next month
At least there's this thread, cheers user.
We have to put up with it for as long as we're here. I'm going to see CM, Shazam, Endgame and Detective Pikachu because they interest me. Unironic company wars shitposters like Ladderbro are pure cancer
The next few months are going to be hell
I think both movies will be mediocre for me.
Sugar free is a real thing fattie
I like this thread.
I hope they clean that thing
I like Lotr
Nice.
It's not nice at all, though.
>png
>1.33MB
Ugh. Not even remotely optimized.
Yo Batman we're going bowling later. Wanna join us?
>embrace change
this is neat
Four fours confirm
Just a shame it won't do anything to help the box office
>26 days until release and the only Shazam people know is the app
I feel this way, though I'm not actually "excited" about Shazam but I want to see it when it comes out.
It's really difficult to have a good discussion in earnest about either, but mostly about Captain Marvel, even though I've been pretty interested in it since it was announced.
>thinking diabetics don't chug sugary drinks all the time
ironically, I've never heard of that app until you mentioned it.
This is how Yea Forums should be.
>the Skrull has a "so this is earth" face
>Carol looks dead inside
What the fuck is her problem
Add in SLJ’s pulp fiction sip too.
Shazam looks like it will be less boring than Captain Marvel. Captain Marvel is one of the worse MCU movies which isn't to say its bad or even good, its serviceable.
it's like the fashion club in Daria.
Carol is the alpha bitch, Talos is the valley girl and Billy is the naive new girl.
>What the fuck is her problem
She has seen the glory that space has to offer and is now stuck on a backwater planet like Earth. Why do you think Starlord never returned to earth?
>What the fuck is her problem
She's not allowed to enjoy killing Skrulls anymore
>my theater got the water bottle but none of the cup toppers
I wanna fucking kill myself.
That canteen is pretty cool
I got nothing like this down here. I want to die.
And I want that jacket too in male size.
*ahem*
one 22oz slurpee my cup my good cashier
fills it up on the big gulp machine instead
>needing the cup from the cashier
>not just getting the cup yourself
what barbarian land do you come from?
so we're going to ship Captain Marvel and Captain Marvel once this all blows over, right Yea Forums?
We already have Billy turn into Carol on some occasions, so probably
I for one welcome our /ss/ overlords
It's the only possible outcome. Levi already came out in defense of Brie so it's only a matter of time.
This board is always a shitfest.
Carol adopts Billy when?
>MOOOOOM! TAKE ME TO THE MOVIEEEEES!!!
i assume third world nations and also low income neighborhoods do this to prevent moochers
Unironically wholesome?
The worst MCU movies are bad.
This image is perfect
is this the big sippy thread?
The worst are serviceable.
Thor the Bore World
Captain Snore the First Average
Captain Marvel
IronQuip 3
The Incredible Hulk
These are the worst movies the MCU has to offer, with them being overwhelming boring like Captain America 1, Thor 2, and Captain Marvel while Iron is just kind of shitty but not boring and Hulk just not being as good as the other movies.
Compared to the best MCU movies.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2
Captain America: The Winter Soldier
Guardians of the Galaxy
Thor: Ragnarok
Avengers: Infinity War
Truly the peak of this universe.
>that order
are you me?
Do you believe that everyone has two doppelgangers?
I'd swap GOTG2 with Doctor Strange, but that list would pretty much be similar to mine. I'm also very partial to BP but mostly because of the soundtrack and some of the scenes, not the whole third act though.
I'm gonna need to see some receipts
I liked BP but compared to the other movies, it isn't top 5. The lead was weak, he was a lot stronger in Civil War and they wasted Andy Serkis by killing him. As far as origin movies go, it was one of the better ones.
>Sweatin' to the Oldies
>he was a lot stronger in Civil War and they wasted Andy Serkis by killing him.
I agree with these two points, but I think part of what made BP work was that they built a solid support cast. Imagine if they hadn't and then they showed up on Infinity War and you had to "care" for them, it wouldn't have worked at that level.
And yes, Andy Serkis needs to come back somehow. Actually Killmonger too, it's absolutely ridiculous they wasted not one but two villains in one movie.
1.Infinity War
2. Thor Ragnarok
3. Winter Soldier
4. Civil War
5. Avengers 1
6. Guardians of the Galaxy 1
7. Spider-Man Homecoming
8. Ant-Man
9. Iron Man
10. Black Panther
11. Captain Marvel
12. Ant-Man and the Wasp
13. Doctor Strange
14. GOTG Vol 2
15. Inedible Hulk
16. Age of Ultron
17. Captain America 1
18. Iron man 2
19. Thor 1
20. Iron Man 3
21. Thor: Dark World
I agree that the supporting cast was solid, but BP could have shown a little more personality. He was far too reserved. It kind of worked for the most part but certain parts he could have shown a bit more character. Killmonger and Claw were too good to just die, I could have accepted one of them dying but killing them both was a waste.
>Inedible Hulk
I like this list. Ragnarok is a little high maybe but close enough
mine got the patch ones and ones with dome lids that look like the symbol wish we got the toppers and canteen ones as well
kek, im tired
Yeah, objectively, it shouldn't be that high but I feel like it kinda deserved it since the movie basically re-envisioned and saved Thor as a character
>contains onions
based
I don't understand the GOTG dickriding, I honestly think Carol and Cap 1 are better.
I'm a huge cosmic Marvel fan and I gotta say, I didn't like GOTG2 as much as I should have, and it was because of the constant joking, tone deflating and Baby Groot. There was a point where I felt like checking out, and where I just thought my expectations weren't fully fulfilled beyond mere eyecandy. GOTG1 was great, though.
I'm hoping a third installment goes beyond the personal drama and devolves into full weird shit with Adam Warlock and maybe Nova, but I'm not holding my breath. I think people are too stuck in a formula that "works" while some of the most interesting elements are cast aside in favor of jokes that people find more palatable.
The first movie was great because the idea of these fucking faggots and how they got together in the first place is hilarious and works well
Whoever made that image is a hero
Is it time for everyone's list.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2
Captain America: The Winter Soldier
Guardians of the Galaxy
Thor: Ragnarok
Avengers: Infinity War
Doctor Strange
Captain America: Civil War
The Avengers
Iron Man
Black Panther
Ant-Man
Spider-Man: Homecoming
Avengers: Age of Ultron
Ant-Man and the Wasp
Thor
Iron Man 2
Captain America: The First Avenger
Thor: The Dark World
Captain Marvel
Iron Man 3
The Incredible Hulk
EAT THE GODDAMN BLUE FUCKING RAY
I loved the Guardians and the movies are simply so much fun and completely not boring. The characters are all engaging, while Drax kind of dipped a bit. They are purely entertaining and have heart which is why Ragnarok worked so much for me too. Cosmic Marvel is just far more interesting and allows for more freedom and creative.
>AMatW above First Avenger and Thor 1
Infinity War
Thor Ragnarok
Black Panther
Guardians of the Galaxy
Captain America: Civil War
Captain America: Winter Soldier
Doctor Strange
Guardians of the Galaxy 2
Ant-Man
Avengers: Age of Ultron
Ant-Man & The Wasp
Spider-Man: Homecoming
The Avengers
Captain America: First Avenger
Iron Man
Thor
Thor: The Dark World
Iron Man 2
Iron Man 3
The Incredible Hulk
*Haven't seen Cap'n Marvel yet.
Indeed. I got my mom into the MCU through GOTG, in fact... She used not to care about any of that until she saw it.
Hey, that's my same list!
I think it will be more fun, but also kind of uneven. The plot sounds like it follows a very common "main character gets powers/resources and uses them irresponsibly, and almost spoils their relationships, and has to learn how to be responsible with them".
Also, the villain is another one where he's a sort-of counterpart to the hero from the same origin as the hero, and whose main motivation stems back to the same source as the hero's power. You know, the ones where you can look at the whole conflict and say "Wow, it would have been better for everybody with no mentor/power source at all." Like, from the sounds of the plot leaks and novelization, All the problems in the movie stem from the wizard Shazam himself.
