Draken was the college friend of Dr. Possible, and if we assume he and Anne had Kim at around age 25 or so, it would make Draken 41.
Shego had a degree in education. Assuming this is a 2yr. Associates, she's 20 at a bare minimum, but due to he appearance, evident experience at henching, etc. She's probably been at this for at least 5 years. I'd say she's 28.
If 28 and 41 hold up, that's a 13 year distance. Not super huge at that point in their lives, but I would hate to know Draken might be a biological father that late. I know people who spent their youth watching their parents not only age, but truely grow old and tired. It's would be a mental burden on the kids.

>22 - 2yr Asso. degree [guessing, it could have been a bachelors, masters, other. we only know of a sinigle degree]

But if it was a 4 year degree, then she's 30. If it's a 6 year, she's 32. 28 is just a reasonable minimum in my mind.
