Spider-Punk (Hobbes Brown): A British "freedom fighter" whose confidence, audaciousness, and unrepentant ferocity makes Miles feel self-conscious about his much milder crimefighting style and counterculture persona (Gwen also takes a shine to him). Unbeknownst to the rest of the team, Hobbes' actions to topple England's corporations and government have caused his nation to descend into outright anarchy where the strong prey on the weak. He joins Miguel's mission with the promise that he'll receive help in "fixing" his mistake

A post-Marvel Zombies Spider-Man where the world is completely zombified, but has settled into something similar to what it was before albeit with the "survivors" as nigh-unkillable ghouls. Peter joins 2099's mission to "feel like himself" again, often screwing up because he keeps trying to act like his pre-zombified person (ex. trying to thwip a high-speed target just gets his arm ripped off). Inspired by the freakishness of his fellow misfits, he eventually learns to embrace his macabre physique. Mostly by taking advantage of how his detached limbs can still act autonomously and how he can brute force his way through death traps since he can't technically die
SP//dr (Peni Parker?): Peni, but not as Miles knows her. Or is she? The only Spider who actually wants to ditch her old dimension entirely with the help of Miguel's stabilisation brace. Edgy. Wounded. Acts as Hobbes' muscle for much of the movie until she learns to open up about what's bugging her
Arana: The kid. Crashes into the story and Miles' universe fighting enemies of the Spider-Society. Tags along, hoping to learn from the other Spider-Men who are all baffled by her Arachnid Illuminati origins, but it become a tug-of-war of influential ideologies between the radical Spider-Punk and the more compassionate Miles

If you're outside said universe then the trajectory in N dimensional space through which you enter it determines what time you'd arrive at it in. From the frame of reference of a person outside of a given universe, time is not something that passes. All moments that exist are simply part of the geometry of the space that universe occupies in a higher dimension.

You're still thinking from a monoversal perspective. Time does not exist between universes, only inside universes. Time is not a flowing river. It is a shape with surfaces. If you can move freely between universes, you can decide which surface you land on. Where and when are not seperate concepts, they're both just geometry.

Going off by measuring the pixels, the ratio of height difference between them is 1:0.8, so if Peter was 2 meters tall, Gwen would be 1.66, if he was 1.8 (canonical 616 height) she would be 1.5, still a bit much but more realistic than it initially appears to be. There was no malicious intent towards Peter on the part of Gwen, she had no idea Pete had been experimenting on himself and she went hard physically on Lizard Pete when he returned to prom simply because it was a big monster that was way too close to home. Gwen felt extreme guilt when she killed him because he was half crazed by the serum when he took it, and that, despite her preaching up down of being BFF with Parker, she failed to recognize how deeply miserable he was and her obliviousness to Peter's romantic interests in her.
In Miles situation even when Pete comes back and he "starts acting like a dick" (which might be justified seeing to Pete it would feel like he lost a few minutes while everyone else has been without him for a little over 2 years.) Miles never renounces Parker instantly thinking the returned Parker is some kind of clone. This "hit job" on Peter's characterization is cleared up when they all get on the same page.
None of this is anywhere near the level of Slott making Parker kill little girls to make Otto likable.

I honestly don't think she is. I think a lot of that could be chalked up to the fact that they all believed it wouldn't be possible to see each other again. Romantic feelings are entirely speculation on people's part due to the mainline universes. She didn't notice her best friend was hurting and eventually not only did he die because of it, she ended up being the one that killed him since he was the lizard and didn't realize it was him.
Peter was kind of an dick in his origin comic. People exaggerate it via saying he would be a school shooter and I admit he was somewhat close to what people imagine school shooters are like instead of what they actually are. Actually shooting up a school though? He'd never cause those sort of problems for his family.

I'll have to argue against that idea. Because Peter's original personality was not like that. It wasn't like you said a school shooter asshole, but more a criminal.
Parker was a loner, kind of an asshole loner, but his resentment of the people around him never went into that direction. It went into the direction of fuck these people if I ever get the chance I'm fucking out of here because, despite being a bully target, he also gave back as bad as he got it, and kind of in a mean way.
It's why when he got his power, he immediately tried to use it to make some easy fucking cash. I'll have to reread that issue of Amazing Fantasy but I don't even think he tries to get one over on Flash when he gets that power.

It's not shitting on him. I don't like the way he was used in Spider-Gwen but calling it shitting on him isn't fair.
The issue is that Spider-Man has been adapted more times than we can count, and in a lot of those adaptions a grand swath of Peter's adventures are often taken and truncated for ease of storytelling.
Take an adaptation. Oh Peter was only in high school for barely a year and a half of real world time? Well High school is easy to write about so we're going to focus on that. He didn't have really an extended cast of characters to bounce off of, and his love interest was an older woman? Let's bring his extended cast and more affable nature from college to him in high school and even before being bit.
So the modern idea of who Peter is, is fundamentally different than what he was in Amazing Fantasy. It's just the nature of being such a popular character in a medium like comics.
So you have people whose fundamental idea of who Peter is, comes from the modern consensus of who he is, and even the modern idea of who his supporting cast was. And when they look at Peter and try to make him a villain they make him a villain based on that instead of the, ironically , far easier to make a criminal original version.
It's a far more widespread and subtle version of what happened with Danny Rand in Netflix Iron Fist, where they tried to soften a character's origin to make him appealing to modern audiences and inadvertently ruined him.
