The characters in the TF2 comics were so funny and lovable. Any other DC or Marvel or Dark Horse series which are similar?
The characters in the TF2 comics were so funny and lovable...
>were
w-what happened
The eternal haitus i think
TF2 is basically a walking zombie of a game.
I wish Adult Swim would just get the Venture Bros guys to do like 7-9 eps based around the mercs.
These are unironically my favorite comics ever. Well drawn, cleverly written, interesting stories and fucking fantastic characters. I wish valve cared more about them where’s our book collection
Pretty much. It was a a pretty dope platform exclusive 10-11 years ago. But these days it just exists for poorfags to have something to do on steam. If Valve is smart, they are currently developing TF3 as something that can compete with Fortnite/Apex, and they will release a wave of promotional comics and shit when that launches to build hype. But I don't think Valve is smart
I wish i never saw this.
Well I mean valve did lay off at least a dozen hardware related workers, so VR and the like might go to their backlog of stuff to do, and so they can focus on software. Maybe.
You're talking like the survival of Valve, as a company, is dependant of a strong game coming out soon.
It's not, Steam makes more than enough cash for them to basically sit around and do nothing.
Even then the comic would've ebded with all of then dead
Oh please, oh please God, at the very least allow the writer to tell us how it ends.
nah, i'd rather not have like 2 paragraphs of fucking "this is how it end, hurrrr" shit
there are a shitload of amazing fan artists out there that could probably put together a decent collab comic if they got their hands on the script...
maybe, but in the end i fucking wanted a goddamn omnibus of all the issues and we ain't getting that shit now!
No that's even worse.
It supposedly leaked a while back.
Olivia is the daughter of that lady Saxton Hale is with, kidnapped at birth by Grey.
The TFC Engineer joins the mercs to find his son.
They track him and the Administrator to the moon.
It's revealed that the Administrator has dedicated her life to perpetuating war in order to satisfy a blood oath with an eldritch force that takes the shape of Abe Lincoln.
Pauling confronts her about the last of the Australium being gone.
The Administrator attempts to launch the entire combined muclear arsenal of RED and BLU in an attempt to satisfy the being, but her rejuvenation runs out and she collapses as she begins to deteriorate.
She shares a final moment with Pauling, thanking her for her service before crumbling to dust.
"Lincoln" launches the missiles anyway.
The engineer desperately tries to end the count down.
Heavy makes a final speech about how proud he is to be part of the team abd what they all mean to him.
The count down stops.
Everyone breathes a sigh of relief.
Then the numbers instantly change to 0:00, activating the launch sequence.
We see a montage of characters across the TF2 universe as all life is wiped out.
Thousands of years later, Sniper's mom's ship crashes onto a primitive Earth.
The cavemen, exposed to the Australium, clad themselves in red and blue scraps, and the war begins anew.
sounded legit until you said the eldritch being takes the form of abe lincoln.
a true tf2 fan knows that abe lincoln was the original Mann team's pyro.
I'm hoping it's not legit. It'd be pretty anticlimactic, but it fits in with Valve's nihilistic storytelling.
>tfw we never got skins so i could fucking play as tfc mercs and scream MEDIC all the time
Heh, it's shit.
I call bs. Olivia is the true main villain for sure.
>Has yellow eyes that people who use Australium gets
>Grey found 1 full bar of Australium in Saxton's vault but he was still running low. So someone else had to use it
>Grey couldn't have known for certain that Saxton wouldn't fight children.
Everything up to Meet the Director is in here.
After that, I think they took too well of an advantage of the webcomic format for the comics to be able to be properly preserved in a book.
I suddenly got a feeling of disgust.
You're giving Valve writers too much credit.
See" making Pauling a lesbian despite it going against her established character.
