No it wouldn't. People would want to experiment on you to no end. And you wouldn't do surgery on yourself, the only person I think that's been able to tolerate the pain was a Russian who removed his own appendix during WW2.

You can't improve your body with perfect healing. Tearing the muscles means they return as they are. A lot of the body's structures want to reinforce after damage but if you just miracle heal exercise won't do anything.

If you aren't careful, this ability, without things like super strength and rapid adaptation to go with it, could get you into some pretty shitty situations. Someone could still debilitate you by overloading your senses, even if they can't kill you outright. Or worse, imagine spending the rest of your "natural life", or worse, eternity, stuck in quicksand, or a cement block/pillar.

Maybe I'm getting old but I would pick something like teleporting, creating portal to bring people, or like magik, stepping disks to anywhere (and maybe time travel along this), without the weird dimension in between. Also, peak human healthy would also be appreciated, but I'm asking this purely for sexual performance.

Most new game plus lets you keep things from the last run like stats or items.
