Does anybody actually see Kelly as an obstacle to Starco? No, it's just that Kelly has no personality to speak of and the most interesting thing she ever did was tripping out on totally-not-LSD-laced hot dogs. The best you can say about her is she's not Ponyhead (no personality is better than an actively obnoxious personality).
