What a great style, i wonder what he's up to these days.
the fuck is this
Aeon Flux. It says so right there
He told you what it was, you moron. Do you not have access to Google or Youtube?
Use your criminally neglected critical thinking skills to type some keywords into a searchbar and discover the painfully obvious for your fucking self.
Western 2d animators cant handle this level of complexity anymore and japanese ones are to rigid and uncreative to do something that expressive, so no
I would be totally fine if the animation wasn't as amazing/stylistic as long as it was as creative. I don't usually like using the term subversive, but that really feels like the best word for Aeon Flux. And quite honestly, I would be happy to get a cartoon that just tries. It feels like nothing really tries any more.
i hope so dude
Probably just forever as that one animation style skit that shows up whenever a big animation anthology gets made.
depends, how flexible are you on the medium used?
>live action
NOT AGAIN
Based
Cringe
Everyone in the cast better be one of those 7’ tall supermodels that look like aliens.
>japanese ones are to rigid and uncreative to do something that expressive
It was so weird seeing Alexander Senki take Peter Chung's awesome designs and spend so much time with them just standing around flapping their mouths.
Here's another good'un:

Professional Storyboard artist. Does a lot of gigs helping big animation studios (among others) smooth over their storyboards. Teaches a little as well.
Jesus. I'm not asking that every show look this good, but would it be so hard to make at least one?
That's good.
I'd actually watch it if that happened. But this is Hollywood we're talking about. Everyone is going to be 5'2" in 6" heals and be a bit fat because it's body shaming if they aren't "realistic".
When Netflix announced Love Death + Robots, there were people here hoping it would be the next Aeon Flux.
