The movie's theme is called 'Back to Life', it's even interpreted by the lead actress.
A great deal is made about Charlie reviving Bumblebee, bringing him back to life. It would be tematically consistent if Bee manages to do the same for her.

Everyone's gotten so used to everyone having unique designs that still can be identified as Optimus or Megatron or Starscream then now it's just a little on-the-nose. It's Unicron trilogy all over again

I love how the sword from the older one clips onto the newer one, because yeah the T30 swords were shit compared to translucent purple.

All the Japanese releases of the headmasters from TR actually have a difference face sculpt than the western ones. Yes, even Highbrow whose face only marginally differed between his Japanese anime model and the toy.

The decepticon ones also all have different faceplates. The modular nature of the "titan" masters made it very easy for them to slip in a new one.

Heck, even Sixshot has a unique face in the Legends release.

Even Overlord too, who got two Headmasters and none of them are the Hasbro version.

Honestly....she's a better writer than most of the other IDW writers, it helps that 1.) she actually has written for cartoons and 2.) actually takes criticism and tries to fix her work rather than a How Dare You!

When Megatron was turned into a character the readers were suppose to sympathize with was when mtmte went to shit. Roberts' Megatron reads more like an OC.

How i would've ended the series.

first of all I would've had Roberts story wrap up in release order first before the Unicron stuff began.

The Knights of Cybertron is still the clinic except it's run by the Quintessons who are harvesting Transformers to create weapons for the Galactic Council to use to subjectate their will on opposing planets. Rodimus, Megatron and the Lost Lighters actually destroy the clinic and the Quintessons in charge and return to Cybertron and we'd actually get time for the cast of the books to mingle with the casts of the other series. Megatron has another trial and basically we get the Megatron has changed stuff but before the trial could reach a verdict, the Galactic Council shows up in an unannounced attack on Cybertron having now decided the Transformers just have to go and be eliminated. Perhaps Unicron is the leader of the galatic council and has his superweapon be the planet destroyer planet we know, climax is Optimus and Megatron teaming up in a double battle against Unicron's true form and sacrificing themselves to save their race against the council.

The galactic council's stronghold on the universe begins to crumble after Unicron's defeat and peace and freedom begins to actually come to the universe.

Anyways how i'd improve the ending for the LL cast.

Rodimus finally gets some recognition but is offered the chance to lead the Autobots since he technically is the last living Prime alive but he turns it down realizing he doesn't need the hassle of that lifestyle anymore, however he takes up the offer to become an ambassador to help create good will between Transformers and planets once under Galactic Council rule. That way you can always have a "the adventure continues but in an actual meaningful way"

None of this Dratchet shit happens, Ratchet is still alive and continues to teach the next generation of medics and surgeons.

Swerve finally gets to open a bar on Earth and is actually happy.

also characters like Kup don't die in Visionaries and he actually gets to be in Requiem of the Wreckers.

characters who'd also live in the end - Ironhide, Cliffjumper (because he dies enough as is in fiction), Dirge (because this should've been the one where he lives), I'd keep the deaths of Blurr intact since his death scene was actually pretty amazing and heroic. I'd probably have had Cosmos and Sky-Byte at least survive the attack on the Decepticon colony.

Characters who actually die - it's bullshit Spike, Slide and Pyra Magna lived, all killed off because it would've been good.

characters not character assassinated - definitely not Primal or Rhinox. I'd avoid having the Maximals be used for an evil army entirely. Instead Fat Tankor was revealed to be a shadowplayed Rhinox.

If this had bee a different continuity and the first half of IDW before Chaos Theory happened, this could've worked out better.
