too bad Hulk looks like fucking shit.

the Avengers Hulk was a massive upgrade, since it actually resembles Banner.

>Leader build up
Nice, but a disappointment on any rewatch. All I want is a Hulk trilogy with Leader and Absorbing Man with She Hulk included, but it's never going to happen.

TIH Hulk also resembles his Banner

it's basicially a 2 hour buildup to a lame CGI boss fight, it's not good at all

so glad the russos were based with cap and the super soldier serum actually ENHANCING all his abilities, like leterrier did with blonsky's bastardized version

that fucking hack whedon didn't have it all in avengers

It really is. I also really liked Norton's Banner a lot and haven't been able to warm to Ruffalo in the role as a result.

It did look better than the original Hulk film which people were happy about at the time.

You mean an excellent cgi boss fight?

This. IDK how I forgot to mention the Harlem fight

It is a great movie, it always made me sad that we never got a sequel.

>fight drags on for 10 minutes

how exciting

This made me so excited for Captain America and he was awesome...then Whedon came in

I like Norton Hulk's design better. He looks like an athlete while Ruffalo Hulk looks like a gorilla. They look like they'd be matched in strength, but Ruffalo hulk either jumps or hobbles everywhere, Norton hulk could actually full on sprint and that's so much cooler, and scarier.

>The whole movie was a build-up to this fight, why wasn't it over in 1 round?

only like 3 minutes of it was actually fighting
the rest was padding

Ruffalo has the Hulk walk like a gorilla and it pisses me off

>The Incredible Hulk is the best MCU film and is an underappreciated gem
It's actually literally the worst one and doesn't even feel like a complete film. Norton phoned in his performance too. Most of what you mentioned is just little moments. How the fuck does Rick Jones being mentioned or that kid at the college supposedly being Amadeus Cho make it a good movie?

So what’s it going to take for Disney to get full film rights for the Hulk from Universal? Can it bought? Does it expire? Will they even bother since his solo films underperform at the box office?

That's not Cho, but fuck you for not liking Rick Jones

>It's actually literally the worst one
You can't say that with competitors such as Politics Man 2, Snore: The Dark World, and Naptain America: Winter Slumber.

>Stanly

Yes, not Stan Lee. Stanly. I can't be bothered to find a clip right now, but here's a deleted scene with that character

Banner is the best part of the MCU, and they were only able to use him properly for two movies, this and the first Avengers. Everything after that, they fucked up. Ragnarok had some interesting stuff, but I'm supposed to think that Bruce/Hulk forgot about Betty and just moved onto Natasha? What?

The producers pretty much said Norton Hulk was supposed to be like a linebacker.

About to watch this again to get the awful taste of Captain Marvel out of my mouth. At the same time I'm scared it'll just make me more depressed knowing how good it used to actually be

Is Betty even canon to the MCU?
I guess she'd have to be since Tony Stark met her dad.

Yeah, she gets mentioned in one of the Avengers films. I think her picture might even show up when she is, it's been too long since I saw it.

Bruce did kinda dive headfirst into Avengers work after the New York attack. It makes sense, he spent so much of his life worrying about being a monster, when he's suddenly given an opportunity to protect people from a bigger monster, it'd be easy to lose himself in that and forget to deal with his old life.

>Naptain America: Winter Slumber
>anime reaction image
Opinion discarded

The joke with Veronica wouldn't work without her.

That too, Satan

I disagree it's not the best Mcu film but it is great and...
Adding to your list OP...
> The whole manhunt aspect.
> The chase & hulk out in the factory was intense & made the Hulk genuinely menacing.

The boss fight was the weakest aspect of the film but the build up is so good it's worth watching regardless.

Dude come on, I love Incredible Hulk but Winter Soldier is phenomenal.
And Dark World is pretty underrated itself.

>if it sold properly the mc might have stayed alot more grounded
Damn shame

At the time, that Blonsky scene was the tits. That was the first super soldier we saw.

Why could they never make a proper Hulk film?
All you have to do is follow the script:
>Banner makes a bomb for Ross and it blows him up while saving Rick.
Why is that so hard?
