To be clear, ASM #802 is ALSO ASM #1. Likewise, ASM #8-#10 is also ASM #809-811. For Spencer's run, they started doing dual numbering. The smaller number (restarting from #1) is the number for the volume, while the larger number (802 onwards) is the "legacy" number meaning it's the number that includes all the previous volumes.

The point being to show where you should "start" reading (ie, you should start reading at the most recent #1) while also keeping the older numbering system (so you don't get confused by there being multiple #1s). It's... a bit convoluted, but I actually think it's a decent system. That way you know where to start reading a book if you're just jumping in as a new reader while also establishing what the ACTUAL issue number is for older readers that didn't need a jumping on point.

It happened in the most anticlimactic way too. Lee Price took over Black Cat's gang leading her to team up with Agent Anti-Venom, Spider-Man, Venom and Mania. During the final fight against Lee Price, Spidey saves Felicia from getting crushed and then she says "we're square. " That's it. After all those years of Queenpin business and hating Spider-Man nonsense that was the payoff Slott gave us. Thankfully Spencer actually gets the character of Felicia more than Slott ever did.
