Thoughts on the new Warner Bros streaming service.
I expect a expanded VRV but with DC Universe, TCM/whatever Filmstruct got replaced with, CN and modern WB movies.
HBO will also be there but it will cost extra as always.

Why should I pay for two subscriptions when Disney+ will have Marvel, Star Wars, and Disney?
Warner Bros is merging them as a updated version of VRV by the looks of it.
If that's true then that's OK. I already get VRV for anime and cartoon hangover.
This. Disney+ has all the best stuff on one service with a massive catalog AND amazing original content that subscribers don't have to wait a year after it launches to watch.
How can WB be so fucking incompetent?
Combining their services or doing the bundle thing will help them
I don't know if they are ready, that's where the trend is going like with Disney and they can't be left behind again to rush making something haphazardly like the DCEU
It should have the Filmstruck replacement since it will definitely have The Criterion Channel.
From the looks of it it looks like a updated VRV but with a richer library and a large line up of movies.
Looks of what? There's one anonymous idiot saying he "expects" them to merge
We don't know if they content will be shit or not
Hell, we don't even know much about the content itself, especially on the animated side of things
WB is merging them into 1 service.
It's in the vains of what VRV is now, but larger.
Common sense, lusher VRV is what to expect from this.
We do know that most, if not all, of Disney's TV animation will be on it. That alone is pretty big.
He's talking about Warner Bros, not Disney.
Fuck you.
If I wanted a service from 50 different companies filled with mostly garbage that I don't watch I would have kept cable.
Did WB buy a majority stake in VRV? I assumed the Boomerang stuff was just a licensing agreement.
Ah, OK.
WB owns 100% of VRV.
Warner is going to integrate DC Universe into the app. That's what they said they are going to do with HBO.
Huh! So Funimation and Cartoon Hangover pay them, then?
No they didn't
The only thing they've said is people who have HBO MIGHT get a discount
>Disney+ has all the best stuff on one service
It’s got a bunch of kid shows and movies. Disney’s been very clear that they’re not putting anything that can’t be considered “family friendly” on the platform. I love cartoons and Marvel as much as the next Yea Forumsmrade but sometimes I want to watch something made for adults and it looks like WB will have that
To me I think it'll come down to where Simpsons and Bob's Burgers end up.
Most of those episodes don't have anything really objectionable.
Only Cartoon Hangover pays, Funi spitted off from VRV months back.
Hulu.
>Why should I pay for two subscriptions
you don't have to, just pirate everything.
>Why should I pay for two subscriptions?
They're merging them.

God damn, Mickey hasn't even unbuttoned his pants and you're already trying to suck him off. At least wait for streaming service to launch, mouseketeer
Yeah is right, Simpsons and Bob’s Burgers will go to Hulu. They’re not as family friendly as you think. Just as examples, Simpsons do those Tree House of Horrors every year and one of Bob Burger’s early episodes is all about animal anuses. If they did get added to Disney+ expect some HEAVY edits
Then get Hulu that's where Disney is putting the more adult things like the 2 alien series
>toonzone
I already have Hulu, Netflix, HBO, and Amazon. I’m not going to pay for that shit and another streaming service that only has kids shows and movies.
oh boy can't wait for (n+1)th streaming service you need to pay full monthly subscription for
Believe it or not, The Simpsons Movie got a PG rating on many countries because the censors thought "It's The Simpsons, everyone knows them".

Too late.
