Darkseid invades, but they lose and she and Helena Wayne (Robin, daughter of Batman and Catwoman) end up on Earth-1 because of reasons. Because of her isolated teenage years, she parties hard once she gets freedom.

Anything live action is fucked. If she theoretically got a show, it would be on CW and would just play out like a SJW wet dream the way Supergirl has. If she theoretically got a movie, she would be a nigger and the tone of the movie would be all wrong.
If a Power Girl adaptation has any hope, it would be only be in animated form. And produced by French animation or Japan.

Overall a pretty decent, often overlooked series from the new52. The story was self-contained for the most part, but Helena met Damian and they recognised each other as siblings from another universe eventually.
