Thinking about getting that Power Rangers Year 2 Deluxe Edition but I don't have Year 1. Anybody have any ideas?

Oh man that’s a great choice of marvel work to put up.

I picked up this today for pretty cheap and I’m gonna start working on collecting blue beetle to get Vic’s first appearances.

i tried to sell it but couldn't so i just went to Michael's and bought a frame. i also finally got one for my silver surfer parable retailer poster thank god.

How would someone who has only read Ultimate comics and a few other Marvel stories (mostly the essentials) start with this? I heard there's tons of content before and after Annihilation, meaning that you need to get the complete thing
What's the best and complete way? Omni, book (1-3) or the complete collection (1-2)?

I recently got and read the annihilation/war of kings saga so I’ll tell you how I did it

-annihilation ultimate collection paperback 1 & 2

-annihilation coquest omnibus (I think this is OOP now, maybe look for a complete collection or individual trades for cheap)

-road to war of kings, war of kings, realm of kings omnibuses (road to war of kings is OOP but they printed enough you should be able to find a copy for 60-80 bucks. It’s pretty essential to the story I think but you could skip, or look for trades if you’re trying to budget)

I hear there was a prologue to annihilation about thanos and his involvement but I never read it. Maybe be worth picking up though.

So is the Conquest saga and War of Kings mandatory or does Annihilation (complete collection) stand on its own?

I think annihilation, and to a lesser extent, conquest, stands fine on its own m8. However, I wouldnt jump into war of kings without reading both of them first

Got it, I think I'll get the two Complete Annihilation volumes first then and see where they take me. Thanks, mate!

I've got a couple comics in Transit:
-Thunderbolts Ultimate Collection
-Wonder Woman: The Hiketeia
-Incredible Hercules 132
-Incredible Hercules 136
-Seven Soldiers: Frankenstein 1-4

Do you collect other Mignolaverse stuff ? Also is it true that one of the Hell on Earth omnis had a missing page or something like that?

bump

So, I picked up..
>King's Miracle Man (B&N Exclusive Edition).
>David's Young Justice Vol. 1.

Nothing exciting, I know, I haven't placed my IST order. However, I finally completed my Green Arrow collection with the Straight Shooter & City Walls. Now all I'm missing is Green Arrow: The Golden Age Omnibus Vol. 1 (Since I'm not big on hardcovers, but with DC's recent shitting on trades, I might need to buy it) and the Showcase, but I was hoping the Showcase would become a not needed with another GA: Golden Age Omnibus.
